With a limit of 7000 Panteras built, it was a wedge that was made to be aerodynamic, fast, and look good at the same time, Detomaso knew how to make one heck of a car! This 1972 Pantera has been well maintained and kept throughout the years and is an attention grabber wherever it may pull up. This example has been repainted in a deep maroon that shows some slight wear in a few areas but is in overall great condition that still shines well. The interior has kept its originality and has held its integrity well, the odometer reads 48,000 miles but has definitely lived a loved life! The correct 351 Cleveland V8 remains as the 300 HP powerplant and is still shifted by the 5 speed ZF transaxle manual transmission. The Pantera runs and drives healthily as expected, the naturally aspirated V8 has an indescribable grunt that makes the car an excitement each time you start it. Turn the key, feel the vibrations through the seat, put her in first gear, and have plenty of smiles per gallon…do not miss out on this fine example!
